Have much more energy since using this. Weight is slowly but surely going down. Would definitely recommend these even if it's just to give you an extra boost in your workout.

Definitely lost weight using Thermo Spice! I feel like i have more energy when i work out due to the caffeine within the product and now take it every workout. Really good product.
